01The service

SociaFlow is an app for Mac (macOS 26 or later), iPhone and iPad (iOS 26 or later), to plan, generate and publish content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok, with cloud publishing.

Your account, plan and workspace are shared across all apps: what you schedule on one device shows up on the others.

02Plans

Prices are those shown on the Pricing page, in the app or in the App Store at the time of purchase, taxes included.

• Free: no time limit and no credit card. 1 project, all networks, cloud publishing, the assistant and Studio with your own AI key or Apple Intelligence.
• Pro: one-time purchase, no subscription and no expiry date, for unlimited projects. Pro is tied to your SociaFlow account and valid on the devices signed in to that account: up to 2 Macs, plus your iPhone and iPad. The license is personal: it may not be shared, transferred or resold.
• SociaFlow AI: monthly or yearly subscription to the AI hosted by SociaFlow, with no key to set up and a monthly quota of assistant requests and AI visuals shown at the time of purchase (currently 200 requests and 25 visuals per month). Pro is included while the subscription is active.
• SociaFlow AI credits: no credits are granted at sign-up. SociaFlow may occasionally grant you credits; they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, can be used without a subscription, and may have an expiration date.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period.

03SociaFlow AI: quotas and fair use

• A request is one text generation (assistant, Studio, design system…); a visual is one generated image. A request that fails on the provider’s side (error, timeout, refusal, empty response) is not counted.
• The quota is monthly, including with the yearly subscription: it resets every month on the anniversary of your period’s start date. Unused quota does not roll over to the next month and is not refunded.
• Your quota is used first, then any credits you have, starting with those that expire soonest.
• Fair use: SociaFlow AI is for your own use within the SociaFlow apps. Sharing your account, calling the service outside the apps, reselling access or circumventing the limits is forbidden. A rate limit applies (a maximum number of requests per minute). In case of abuse, we may suspend access to SociaFlow AI, after notifying you except in urgent cases.
• Your requests must comply with the usage policies of Anthropic and OpenAI, which may refuse some requests.
• Generated text and visuals may contain errors: review them before publishing. You remain responsible for them, as for any content you publish.
• We may change the models used to maintain the quality of the service. If we reduce a plan’s quota, we will notify you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

04End of your SociaFlow AI subscription

• If you cancel, you keep SociaFlow AI and Pro until the end of the period already paid. The same applies if the subscription expires, for example because of a failed payment.
• After that, you go back to the Free plan, or you stay on Pro if you bought Pro (or have an older license that is still valid). You can still use SociaFlow AI with your remaining credits.
• Nothing is deleted: your projects, posts and media stay in your account and keep syncing. On the Free plan, you cannot create new projects beyond the plan’s limit.
• You can keep using AI with your own key or Apple Intelligence.

05Existing subscriptions and licenses

• Plans bought before September 28, 2026 (monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions, lifetime licenses, gifted licenses) remain valid under the same terms and at the same price for as long as they are active. You have nothing to do.
• A free trial that has already started runs until it ends. New accounts get neither a trial nor SociaFlow AI credits: they start on the Free plan. Welcome credits granted to older accounts expired on October 31, 2026.
• If you have a former Pro subscription bought on the website or on Mac and you subscribe to SociaFlow AI on the website or on Mac, the former subscription is cancelled automatically at the end of its already paid period: you never pay for Pro twice. If you subscribe to SociaFlow AI through the App Store, cancel the former subscription yourself on Mac, with “Manage my subscription”.

06Purchases through Apple (iPhone and iPad)

• Pro and SociaFlow AI bought in the iPhone or iPad app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account, at the prices shown in the App Store. They are tied to your SociaFlow account and also valid on Mac.
• SociaFlow AI subscriptions bought through Apple renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage them, switch plans and cancel them in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
• Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple, under its terms: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
• Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In case of conflict, that agreement governs the use of the app; these terms govern the rest of the service.
• Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for SociaFlow or its support.

07Refunds

For purchases made on the website or in the Mac app, if SociaFlow isn’t for you, get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email contact@sociaflow.app. Purchases made through Apple follow Apple’s refund process.

For SociaFlow AI, the service starts as soon as you subscribe, at your express request. In line with EU rules on distance contracts, by requesting this immediate access you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, for example when the whole quota for the period has been used. If you withdraw before that, we refund you, minus the share of the service already provided. Credits granted free of charge are not refundable.

08Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the content you publish and for following each social network’s rules.
• With your own key, you use AI in line with each provider’s terms; with SociaFlow AI, in line with the rules above.
• Using SociaFlow for spam, disinformation or unlawful content is forbidden.

09Availability

We do our best to keep sync, cloud publishing and SociaFlow AI reliable, but they also depend on the APIs of social networks, Apple, Anthropic and OpenAI, which may change or be unavailable. A SociaFlow AI request that fails is not counted.
