This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms govern your use of the SociaFlow app and the sociaflow.app website. By buying a license or using the app, you accept them.
01The service
SociaFlow is a macOS app (macOS 26 or later) to plan, generate and publish content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, with optional cloud publishing.
02License
- Plans: monthly, yearly or lifetime (one-time payment), at the prices shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Each license is personal and can be used on up to 2 Macs.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
03Refunds
If SociaFlow isn’t for you, get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email contact@sociaflow.app.
04Acceptable use
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for following each social network’s rules.
- You use your own AI keys in line with each provider’s terms.
- Using SociaFlow for spam, disinformation or unlawful content is forbidden.
05Availability
We do our best to keep cloud publishing reliable, but it also depends on social network APIs, which may change or be unavailable.
