Privacy policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

SociaFlow is designed to collect the bare minimum. Your AI keys, drafts and generations stay on your Mac; only the data needed for your account, license and cloud publishing goes through our servers.

01Who we are

SociaFlow is a macOS app published by SociaFlow, the controller of the data described here. Questions: contact@sociaflow.app.

02Data we collect

Account: email address and display name, to identify you and sign you in.
License: license status and type (monthly, yearly, lifetime) and linked Macs (2 max).
Waitlist: email address, language, site section and referring page — only to notify you at launch.
Social network access tokens (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X): if cloud publishing is enabled, they are stored encrypted on our servers to publish on your behalf; otherwise they stay only in your Mac’s Keychain.
Post content and media: uploaded to our storage only for cloud publishing and for Instagram (which requires a public media URL), for as long as publishing requires.

03Artificial intelligence

Your API keys (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) never leave your Mac.
AI requests go directly from your Mac to the provider you picked, never through our servers, and are subject to that provider’s privacy policy.
Apple Intelligence runs entirely on-device: no data is sent.

04Hosting

Account, license, waitlist and cloud publishing data are hosted by Supabase (European Union region — to be confirmed). The sociaflow.app website is hosted by OVH (France).

05Retention

Account and license: as long as your account exists, deleted when you delete it (except invoices we must legally keep).
Waitlist: until launch and at most 24 months, or until you ask for removal.
Cloud posts and media: deleted after publishing or when your account is deleted.
Access tokens: deleted as soon as you disconnect a network or delete your account.

06Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email contact@sociaflow.app: we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France).

07Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies. Only your display preferences (theme, language) are saved locally in your browser.

Anonymous, cookie-free analytics: a random identifier (not linked to your identity) is stored locally to count visits, button clicks and sign-ups. No data is shared with third parties or used for advertising. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, nothing is measured.

08Delete my account

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account.

This permanently deletes your account, license, social network connections, cloud-scheduled posts and uploaded media.

You can also request deletion by emailing contact@sociaflow.app from your account address.

Waitlist: to be removed, email contact@sociaflow.app.

09Revoke SociaFlow’s access to your networks

You can remove SociaFlow’s authorization at any time from each network:

Facebook & Instagram: Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) › SociaFlow › Remove.
LinkedIn: Settings › Data privacy › Other applications › Permitted services › SociaFlow › Remove.
X: Settings and privacy › Security and account access › Apps and sessions › Connected apps › SociaFlow › Revoke app permissions.
